Our “Never Run Out” Guarantee is one of the ways we maintain our commitment to our Customers’ Satisfaction. If you run out of gas, we will give you up to 150 gallons at no charge. You must be a current ThompsonGas customer, who has previously enrolled in one of our monthly payment plans, and you’ve kept your account current and in good standing.

You must participate in our remote tank monitoring for gas appliances which do not have a consistent measurable usage pattern. This program has a nominal monthly fee.
