Baltimore Region Branch Manager

Description:

One of our Company’s quickest growing regions is in need of an experienced propane operations branch manager. This is a hands-on position, which includes managing propane operations in our Baltimore branch; while working with our outside Sales Team. Some days you’ll be in the office or networking with the Chamber of Commerce, while other days you’ll be performing installations and assisting with gas deliveries…doing whatever it takes to lead and grow a successful branch operation. This is a great opportunity for you to continue the tremendous growth that is already occurring by ensuring installation, service and deliveries are handled professionally, safely and profitably. We’re looking for a star who knows how to control expenses by working in a lean, productive environment; while at the same time responding to our customers’ needs, signing up new accounts, adhering to safety requirements, and enjoying a fast-paced, high-energy team atmosphere.

The successful candidate will join our team with the intent to work with ThompsonGas for many years to come, and advance his career for the long-term.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the propane industry, plus at least 2 years of supervisory/management responsibility.
• Customer Service and Propane Sales experience
• CDL with Haz-Mat endorsement
• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to train and lead others

Compensation:

This position has a base salary and an incentive package tied to the successful achievement of goals. Total compensation package is based on prior experience.
